Sweet White Leilani
A delicate combination of white tea and subtle fruits for when you want something light and refreshing with a hint of sweetness. The White Peony or Pai Mu Tan is a sweet, floral, mellow tea consisting of a bud and two leaves.
It is the perfect tea to combine with passionfruit, pineapple and pear to give a juicy, fruity tea that is not overpowering and just keeps the tastebuds wanting a little bit more of the joyous liquor. It is quite an understated tea compared to its more frivolous cousin, Pink Pride but the subtleties sing a song of their own when you are looking for a quiet moment all for yourself.
