Returns
Should any item you purchase from this site fail to meet your complete approval please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund of the item’s cost excluding postage costs. In addition, customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Ever since I lived in the south of England and discovered MD teas, I have drunk Deliciously Decadent on a regular basis. It is one of the best I have ever tasted. Even though I now live in Scotland I still have the tea delivered and the delivery service is also exceptional so I would recommend this fruity infusion to anybody. Go on, spoil yourself!

It’s great to have a subtle decaf black tea. I do need to remember to leave it to brew for long enough but it has a good interesting flavour.
What a discovery, one sunny winter afternoon, to find Terracotta Sunburst being served in a vintage teapot - so delicious with rhubarb and vanilla tones! I just had to have some for a daily treat at home…I love it!

- Our teas and infusions are blended and packed in – and delivered from – offices and a factory in the UK.
- Both buildings were built to the highest possible energy efficiency standards. The office is built using locally sourced oak beams and handmade tiles.
- Both also use a biomass boiler for heating, water and welfare facilities, with the boiler being fuelled by sustainable wood from the surrounding estate.
- We do not use plastic and our packaging is 100% recyclable. We work with our stockists to re-use wholesale packaging as many times as possible.
